Personal Handover

All items are delivered personally by Moira Ratmoko. No shipping services are used to ensure careful, direct transfer and handling.

Scheduling

Delivery dates and times will be arranged individually with the buyer to guarantee a secure and convenient handover.

 

Condition

Items are inspected and presented in perfect condition at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

 

All items are sold only after a real-life, in-person viewing and approval by the buyer.

 

Because each sale follows a personal inspection, refunds or returns are generally not accepted.

 

If, during delivery, the item is found to be damaged or significantly different from the agreed condition, please raise your concerns immediately.
